Our alumni mentor Mr. Alvin Hui, co-founder of Sensory Zero, was instrumental in making this event possible. The 1.5 hours hand drip coffee brewing workshop introduced the basic concepts of specialty coffee filter brewing. Mentors and mentees from 10th and 11th intakes got a hands-on experience of tasting and brewing coffee using V60 pour-over method. The class concluded with participants enjoying handcrafted pour-over coffee – the rewarding fruits of their labor.
