A Recipe for Team-Building: Cooking, Communicating, and Connecting
- The workshop facilitated staff bonding, collaboration, and communication through interacting while cooking the 4 Italian and Spanish dishes from scratch - salad, frittata, paella, and churros for dessert.
- The workshop provided participants with a unique perspective on the challenges students face when learning new courses, enabling them to better understand and provide more effective mentoring support.

SIP and SIGN Latte Art Workshop
- Talented hearing-impaired baristas taught participants simple sign language for daily life and latte milk art.
- By bridging latte milk art and sign language taught by hearing-impaired baristas, the SIP AND SIGN Workshop provided a unique opportunity for participants to learn different forms of communications, whether verbal or non-verbal, and to gain experience for diversity and inclusion in student advising.
