Career Mentorship Program – Fragrance Workshop

On 1 August 2026, mentors and mentees from the HKUST Business School Career Mentorship Program came together for a relaxing and creative Fragrance Workshop, providing a refreshing opportunity to connect beyond their regular mentorship meetings.

During the workshop, participants created their own personalised fragrances and room sprays while enjoying conversations in a casual and engaging setting. The activity offered mentors and mentees a chance to step away from their busy schedules, share experiences, get to know one another better, and further strengthen the connections built through the programme.

Beyond career conversations, the Career Mentorship Program encourages mentors and mentees to build genuine and meaningful relationships through shared experiences. The workshop created a relaxed space for conversations, laughter, and connection, making the mentorship journey even more memorable.
